SHIPPING & RETURNS
Allow up to 2-7 business days for processing. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days and packages are not insured. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Orders are quickly processed within 2-7 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please note that delivery times do not include additional delays due to weather, weekend delivery, or delays due to major holidays. Holidays may cause a slight delay in packages being delivered.
Note: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Once the package has left our store and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
Return & Exchange Policy
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
If your item was purchased in person at an event and paid for in cash, it cannot be returned for a monetary refund but can be exchanged for store credit.

Underwear, Intimates, & Swimsuits are FINAL SALE. Returns will not be accepted for these items.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Any item that can be returned can also be exchanged for store credit, which will be given in the form of a gift card. In addition, if the 30 day deadline for returns has passed, you may exchange your unused item for store credit within 45 days of purchase.
